In this session, Pragmatic Institute’s Paul Young will help us understand how to define the value you’ve created in your product, how to enter the mind of your buyer and the decisions they make, and how to charge different prices for the same product to different segments of the market. You will work in groups to perform a case study based on the learning followed by a group discussion and facilitation of the lessons learned and how to practically apply these concepts to your own products.
