Another great night with the best Agile Community in the world today!
According to PMSolutions, the percentage of organizations with a Project Management Office (PMO) has increased from 61% in 2007 to 85% in 2017, going up to 95% for large enterprises of over $1B annual revenue. However, per multiple surveys including from the Projectize Group, the success rate of those same PMOs has hovered around only 50%. Clearly, there is much room for improvement!
So how can YOU as a coach, change agent or even a member of your company’s PMO know whether your PMO is truly a “friend” or a “foe” to your company’s outcomes?
Join our virtual workshop into how you can address your PMO with improvement ideas and suggestions. We shall leverage a new Agile Mindset Mapping Index (AMMI) focused on the PMO and a starter to expand this within your organization. Clearly, the “Rome PMO” wasn’t built in a day and nor will you evolve your PMO from “foe” to “friend” overnight, but this will help embark you on that journey!
