Alexei Zheglov is based in Toronto, Canada. After many years in the software industry, he made an impact with the Kanban method in the decade since 2010. In these years, he developed many effective managers applying Kanban in their services, projects and product lines, as well as many experts of the Kanban method, in various companies, industries, and countries. Alexei is known for his insights into the math and metrics of flow, but also for co-authoring the book “Fit-for-Purpose”, which is surprisingly a lot of prose about business strategy and marketing.
