Do you know if your business, service, or organization is Fit for Purpose for its customers?

With the Fit-for-Purpose (F4P) Framework, we understand why our customers choose our products and services and turn this understanding to practical action. With F4P, you 1) understand your customer’s purpose, 2) improve fitness of your products and services for that purpose, 3) segment your market by customer purpose, 4) use fitness criteria and thresholds derived from purposes, 5) offer service levels and quality standards to meet customer needs, 6) align your strategy to support the market segments you want.

F4P gives these powerful concepts and practical guidance with the range of application from simple, relatable products like pizza and coffee to the complex modern technology-driven products and professional services. This session will give an overview of the Fit-for-Purpose (F4P) Framework and a couple of exercises to get the feel for the key concepts and actions.
