According to PMSolutions, the percentage of organizations with a Project Management Office (PMO) has increased from 61% in 2007 to 85% in 2017, going up to 95% for large enterprises of over $1B annual revenue. However, per multiple surveys including from the Projectize Group, the success rate of those same PMOs has hovered around only 50%. Clearly, there is much room for improvement!
