Event Details

Agile Coaches are backbone of any Agile Implementation in the organizations. Their work is incredibly challenging. Resistance from teams, lack of commitment from middle management, etc. You name it! At the same token, we have seen large number of Agile Coaches who lack soft skills and fail to make any meaningful impact into Organizations’ Agile journey.

In this presentation, Shailesh will share his own experiences and others in terms of several reasons as to why Agile Coaches fail. Participants are also having an opportunity to share their own experience observing Agile Coaches’ failures.

Don’t miss this presentation and live discussion. Learn, share and grow together!
