This was another great Meetup from Agile Coaching DC! Over 60 people attended the Agile Scrum based workshop on Interactive Retrospectives. The speakers, Steve Moubray and Joe Truppo, covered the basic steps from “Agile Retrospectives” written by Ester Derby and Diana Larsen which are:
The the fun really began in learning about Agile Retrospectives. The group of Agilists was formed into Agile Teams as we embarked on new learning. Each step in the Retrospective was made interactive as the Agile Teams learned 4 new tricks for each step of the way.
