As organizations, leaders, teams, and human beings in general, we seek for certainty which results in us thinking we know. In my talk, I will be making a case that we don’t know and that we never did. I will also lay out a simple framework on how to deal with this, and how to make sense of this in life.
Sohrab is a Managing Partner at Scrum Academy focused on the German speaking market and the Middle East. He devotes himself to the systematic development of existing and new business areas as well as the development of concrete business models and implementation strategies. As a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) he has been substantially involved in the agile transformation of several companies from various sectors such as automative, medtech, insurance and banking. With his trainings he supports organizations in becoming more agile and building a foundation for innovation.
Before founding Scrum Academy Sohrab worked as CIO at SE-Consulting, founded bloxx media and worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company – one of the top three leading strategy consulting firms worldwide. As a consultant and trainer Sohrab has supported a multitude of customers from different industry sectors and geographies in terms of strategy, innovation, organizational design, marketing and mergers & acquisitions. He has gained entrepreneurial experience as the founder and CEO of bloxx media GmbH, where it did not take him long to develop a product and find the first big customers incl. Siemens, McKinsey & Company and Microsoft.
