Event Details

Welcome to “Wardley 101: Strategy for the Rest of Us!”

Wardley Mapping is a strategic decision-making practice that uses visual models of your organization and its context to describe change and shared intent.

Big enough for nation-states, yet small enough for 1-person operations, the mapping process creates the space to find hidden opportunities, avoid bad decisions, and cultivate the conditions for preferable futures.

In this session, you will learn how to create a Wardley Map of your organization, make sense of change, and walk through a strategic process focused on long-term outcomes.

Learning Outcome
Learn how to create the common ground required for strategic thinking (organizational modeling with Wardley Mapping).

Put a more economical approach to strategy into practice by flowing _with_ change rather than against it.
