Daniel Lynn, an Agile Coach, CTC, SA-REP from Agile 42 will present “Don’t Panic: A Hitchhiker’s Guide to Agile Transformations”

No one expects an Agile Transformation to be simple, but sometimes it can feel like you’re working with every other page from an IKEA instruction manual. This presentation will explain how to fit the pieces together and what to do with the extra parts.

We’ll talk about the major efforts, challenges, and components every organization should expect to encounter in their Agile transformation.

scrum masters, product owners, coaches, and transformation leaders

Daniel is an experienced Agile Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He is skilled in Team and Organizational Coaching of Agile Frameworks and Methodologies and has a history in Automated Software Testing, and Software Development.

Daniel is a strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science focused in IT Project Management from Capella University. He has been developing software for nearly two decades and has been working in agile teams for the last 10 years. His passion is still writing great software and helping others do the same
