Surveys before the CoronaVirus showed that only 3.6% of the workforce primarily worked from home. Projections are now showing that this number is expected to climb to 25%-35% once we return to ‘normal.’ That means many teams who once were co-located are now going to be operating in a remote-only environment. While just about every team is remote while shelter-in-place is in effect, you might be surprised to find that you are asked to work on one of these remote teams when this has all blown over. How do you adjust to this new paradigm and how can you continue to practice Agile Values and Principles in a remote-only world?
Join us for this remote talk where we will highlight the issues that remote teams face as well as the tools and techniques you can use to overcome these obstacles. Remote doesn’t have to be anti-Agile. This session is geared to help you survive and in fact thrive in a remote-only environment. We will highlight the skills you need to develop now to get you ready for a remote world.
