A common misconception when it comes to Product Backlog management and building a Product Backlog is that the Product Backlog should contain or must be represented in the form of user stories or in other words the work that needs to be done to maximize the value of the Product should be captured in the form of User Stories. This talk aims to dispel that myth and provide another alternative.
