Servant Leadership

Servant Leadership, it’s a phrase that is used a lot in Agile.
It is something to be aimed for as a Scrum Master but what exactly is it?

In this session, we will examine where the term comes from, what it means, and how you can practice it. There will be breakout rooms for discussion during the event. Are there downsides to Servant Leadership? Did you know that Abraham Lincoln is considered an example of a Servant Leader? Come with your experiences and ideas.
