Event Details

Scrum is widely used in software development. However, more and more non-software teams are experimenting with Scrum as well. I happen to be a Scrum Master for one such team. Within municipal government we are using it on a part-tie basis. And it works.

Upholding the 3-5-3s of Scrum (pillars, values, roles, events, artifacts) allows for significant progress on projects with no adverse effect on daily operations. Join us for an overview of adopting and adapting Scrum for a non-software, part-time team.

Jaime Castillo brings over 20 years of design experience and over 12 years as an independent curator to his role as a Scrum Master.
Wether curating artists, or using Scrum to manage projects, it’s all about relationships. I’m a person. You’re a person. How may I help you get stuff done?
