Loudoun Agile Network’s Virtual Meetup (December 2020)
Title: Neutralize Difficult People – Don’t get sucked into the mix!
Speaker: Aanu Gopald
We have all dealt with difficult people that have either made us angry, distressed, frustrated and ruined our day. While some are unaware of the negative impact that they have on those around them, others seem to derive satisfaction from creating chaos and pushing other people’s buttons. These types of difficult people create unnecessary complexity, and worst of all, stand as an obstacle to you being at your best. The truth is we can’t avoid them. They are part of our daily existence as a romantic partner, colleague, family, or friend.
In this interaction session, you will learn how to view the behavior of difficult people as a strength and approach them more positively.
