About the Session

#LeanCoffee is a structured way to “ask the experts” your questions about agile.

Speakers Bios:

Sheetal Thaker – Coming from a business and IT background Sheetal has consulted for several large-scale organisations such as the British Government, GSK, and BP. Her vision is to guide business change and agility in a way that’s fast, fun, noticeable, scalable, and rewarding, delivering results.

Allan Kelly helps software professionals, teams and enterprises enhance agility in a digital world. Through direct advice, consulting, training, and books he applies his wide experience to the challenges faced in software development. His novel, and sometimes radical, ideas create software development environments were people can thrive. He is the author of seven books including, his latest book “The Art of Agile Product Ownership.”

Sid Jandu – a regular public speaker at conferences, webinars, and industry panels. He has delivered closing keynote talks on FRTB, LIBOR and XVA. He is a peer review for Risk.net on technical papers and sits on CFA syllabus review panels. He mentors finance specialists through his talks at business schools and universities. Sid champions agile as a method for improving team performance and delivering success.
