Culture always wins. We all understand the impact culture can have on an Agile transformation and the ability to achieve the desired outcomes from moving towards Agile ways of working. The challenge is how to shift your organization’s culture to better align with Agile values and principles and enable business agility. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the Culture Shift ABC Model, an approach to help you discover the path for your organization to shift their culture to one that better supports agility. We’ll discuss the steps needed to intentionally shape your organization’s culture and review some useful tools to help you on your journey.

Dave Saboe is an Enterprise Agile Coach, author, and podcaster. He’s passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations do the best work of their lives. He believes that in order to get value from an agile journey, you need to create the environment and conditions for the teams to succeed.
Dave is a frequent speaker at Agile conferences and has supported Agile transformation and maturity at Capital One, Anthem, and Humana.
Paul I. Pazderski (Coach Paul) is an Enterprise Agile Mentor, Coach, Trainer, Author, and Organizational Change Leader with a PhD in Organizational Development. His dissertation was on the topic of Agile Transformations. He has helped clients such as TD Ameritrade, McDonald’s, Grainger, Capital One, Walgreens, Sears Holdings, AT&T, State Farm, and Hospira among others.
At home Paul is a dedicated husband, father of 3, and grandfather of 5. His favorite pastime is bicycling.
