Daniela is passionate about finding ways to engage internationally distributed teams online. She works with agile methods and is constantly expanding her toolbox. She shows teams which methods they can use to make working life better – and have more fun! Her background lies in IT and international business, where she could gain lots of experiences over last 10 years.
Marianne is an agile coach in The Norwegian Labour and Welfare administration. She work with leaders and digital product teams to create value for the citizens through the best welfare services in the world. She facilitates collective, continuous learning and ownership through her workshops and coaching. Marianne has been actively engaged in the agile community for over 10 years, and support the shift towards company-wide agility and organizations as complex adaptive systems.
Elaine grew up in Cambridge and currently resides in Guildford UK. She currently works as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master at a company called 10x Banking in central London. She has over 8 years of experience as a servant-leader and has a passion to work with daring, forward-thinking people/leaders who acknowledge the value in creating empowered, engaged, autonomous and creative teams but are unclear on how to achieve this goal. She offers coaching and mentoring support to help those who require to develop a culture of reflection and empowerment that will help with creating productive mindful and motivated teams. She is a strong believer in learning and development and continuous inspiring to be better and is currently studying to be an Expert Agile Coach.
