In this topic we’ll discuss about organizations archetypes to describe how they behave in different layers (communities and individuals) from current digital era lens. So then, key lean-agile behaviours will be defined in order to unlock these from the different layers. As a matter of guidance, there will be introduced different frameworks and their philosophy inspiration, that enable/model those behaviours at scale: OpenExo, SAFe, ICAgile, Nexus & LeSS. The conversation will endup with a question to the audience on how they will harness Exponential & Agile transformation within their context.
