Dealing with Conflict – Did you know that not all conflict is bad? Most people have experienced conflict in the workplace, but many do not know how to deal with it constructively. In this session, we will define a broader definition of conflict and describe a wide spectrum that conflict encompasses. We will talk about how to identify conflict, share some examples that attendees have experienced, and we’ll discuss ways to deal with it at all levels. Devin will lead us through an interactive discussion where all attendees are encouraged to participate, and there will be break out rooms where attendees can go deeper.
Devin is the president of NYOCON and performs consulting in IT Leadership and Corporate Mergers.
