Dave Saboe Bio
Dave Saboe is an Enterprise Agile Coach, author, and podcaster. He’s passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations do the best work of their lives. He believes that in order to get value from an agile journey, you need to create the environment and conditions for the teams to succeed.
Dave is a frequent presenter at Agile conferences, he worked with Capital One on their Agile transformation, and is now working at AIM Specialty Health to advance their Agile Journey.
Paul Pazderski Bio
Dr. Paul I. Pazderski (Coach Paul) is an Enterprise Agile Mentor, Coach, Trainer, Author, and Organizational Change Leader with a PhD in Organizational Development. By the way, his dissertation was on the topic of Agile Transformations. He’s helped clients at TD Ameritrade, McDonald’s, Grainger, Capital One, Walgreens, Sears Holdings, AT&T, State Farm, Hospira among others.
At home he is a dictated husband, father of 3, and grandfather of 5. His favorite pastime – bicycling.
