As Agile coaches, we’re always looking to increase the quality and amount of tools in our toolboxes. Enter Gestalt psychotherapy practices, a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes personal responsibility and focuses upon the individual’s experience in the present moment. For this session, expect theory as well as practice. It will cover what is–and what is not–psychotherapy and coaching, mind/body connection, and discovering the quality of our intentions. You’ll leave with Gestalt exercises with clients for the purpose of developing greater truths, deeper awareness, and resolving individual, team, and organizational conflict.
