Event Details

School and college students should be in a better position to manage and work through competing priorities. Incremental learning with real time feedback from teachers and professors is the need of the hour. The educational institutions and students will benefit greatly from implementing shorter phases or sprints of learning. Students can better manage their learning load as well as course correct early and often as needed. Agile in education is about collaboration across teachers and students as opposed to individualized learning with long drawn feedback loops.

Learning outcomes
– How to apply Agile mindset and framework in education?
– Accelerating feedback loops with shorter learning cycles
– Collaborative learning approach versus individualized learning
– Shifting left in learning: Why is it critical to bring Next Gen into Agile ways of working sooner than later

I am a Freshman at LeBow college of business at Drexel University. I studied at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, which is ranked #1 in the United States. I’m the founder of “”GenZ Leaders”” organization. I was recently invited to be a TEDx speaker to share my thoughts on how GenZ can impact the world positively. I am a STEM ambassador advocating innovation and mentorship. I’m hard-working, curious and determined and I’m always up for new challenges. I have a growth mindset and believe in continuous learning and exploration. My objective is to explore new technologies, specifically in the fields of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. I’m currently working on applying Agile methodologies (typically used in software delivery space) to my academic ventures.
