Agile Acrobatics: Dynamic Balancing of Multiple Priorities & Perspectives

Part of successfully navigating the Agile multiverse is mastering the ability to artfully balance and prioritize multiple sets of dynamic opinions. During this session I’ll share three things I’ve found particularly useful in identifying the signal in the noise to create a productive path forward:

• A framework for sorting multiple (sometimes conflicting) opinions.
• A set of powerful questions for making sense of the information you have.
• A tool for quickly illuminating next steps and the start of a path forward.
