Self-care has been a key phrase in the past year. One way is through mental fitness. If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. You’ll be happier and perform better.
Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).
We will walk through the 10 Saboteurs and the behaviors associated with them.
You will discover ways to weaken the Saboteur thoughts and increase your Sage to perform better and feel happier.
This will be an interactive and fun workshop.
About our Facilitator:
Sheena Gladden has been active in the IT industry for over 25 years in a variety of roles within the software development lifecycle. She has been a QA Tester, Release Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, an Agile Coach, an Agile Transformation Coach, a mentor, and an Agile trainer. She has worked in many industries such as financial, manufacturing, healthcare, test assessments, and B2B. She is working towards her Scrum Trainer Certification. Sheena is an active member in the Agile community. She co-leads Women in Agile- Philly. She also is part of the core Agile Bridges group creating space and supporting women to share stories, elevate their voices by providing opportunities to co-train, co-speak at events together.
