Many organization, especially the bigger ones have a tendency of trying to get visibility by collecting metrics. What many fail to see and understand is the impact of collecting the metrics.
Let’s explore together the topic and share our thoughts on the topic.


Elad Sofer (https://www.linkedin.com/in/eladsofer/) is first and foremost a SW engineer, Several years ago he was infected with the agile virus and has not been able to “shake the disease” ever since. He is now traveling across the IT industry with a mission to infect other people. He is now helping software projects, teams and organizations, varying from small to big, from lightweight startups to government Offices.

Elad is an experienced agile coach, s/w developer and Scrum master.
Elad is one of a few Certified LeSS Trainers (CLTs) that serves this industry.
Behind him, there is more than 10 years of development experience, in a variety of environments (RT embedded, C++, Java), and more than 4 years of agile experience. He is a big believer in the Agile & Lean values. Elad has been also helping others to transform their ways of thinking and working habits.
